Who we are

What we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email, company, and message when you use the contact form or apply for a seat.
- Usage data — standard, privacy-respecting analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to improve the site. We do not sell personal data.
- Cookies — only what's needed to serve the site and basic analytics.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiries, review seat applications, operate and improve the site, and send communications you've asked for. We process this information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in running Helix.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make Helix work — for example our form/email providers and hosting (Cloudflare). They process data on our behalf under their own safeguards. We never sell your information.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time — just email dane@joinhelix.co. We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to help you.

We may update this policy as Helix evolves; the date above always reflects the current version.
